General
Privacy, flexibility, and full schedule control. You choose the aircraft, the departure time, and the routing. Our advisors handle the logistics. Every flight is arranged around you, not the other way around.
You fly on your schedule, not the airline’s. Multiple cities in one day is routine. The cabin is secure for confidential calls. You land at the airport closest to your meeting, not the nearest hub.
Same-day bookings are possible. We aim to have you airborne within around four hours of confirmation. Availability depends on aircraft positioning, crew readiness, and route permits. International flights from the UK require a General Aviation Report (GAR) filed 2 to 48 hours before departure. Our team is available 24/7 for urgent requests.
Avianese operates worldwide, with 8,000+ aircraft in our partner network and access to 40,000+ airports, including FBOs and regional fields commercial flights can’t reach. Our advisor team operates from London (HQ) and Riga (operations), with 24/7 coverage across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
An FBO, or Fixed Base Operator, is a private terminal at the airport that caters exclusively to private and general aviation. FBOs offer a range of services including aircraft refuelling, hangar space, ground handling, and luxury passenger amenities such as lounges, concierge service, and private customs clearance. When you fly by private jet, your journey typically begins and ends at an FBO, ensuring privacy, speed, and comfort.
Charter is pay-per-flight with no commitment. Vault is a pre-funded account that earns bonus credit and unlocks priority routing. Agency is our flagship private programme for clients spending over $100,000 a year, bespoke, by application only.
It comes down to how often you fly. Charter suits occasional or one-off trips, with a clear quote each time and no commitment. Vault suits regular flyers who want priority and a rebate, by lodging a refundable deposit they draw down. Agency suits frequent flyers, roughly $100,000 a year or more: you pay one flat fee and we pass operator cost straight through, typically around 25% below broker pricing. If you are unsure, an advisor will tell you honestly which one fits your pattern.
We do not sell jet cards. A jet card locks you into a fixed term, a set aircraft category and a fixed hourly rate, often with peak-day and remote-airport surcharges, balances that can expire, and limited refunds. An Avianese Vault gives the upside without the trap: no term and no lock-in, any aircraft category, no peak or remote surcharges, no expiry, and a fully refundable balance. A jet card can feel cost-effective while the lock-in quietly erodes that. For anyone flying often, the honest best value is Agency, one flat fee with operator cost passed through.
We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes before departure to ensure smooth handling and boarding.
Charter
We offer the full range: turbo-props, entry-level and very light jets, light jets, super-light jets, midsize jets, super-midsize jets, heavy or large jets, ultra-long-range jets, and VIP airliners. Our fleet accommodates different group sizes and preferences, from solo trips to international, intercontinental travel.
International flights require a valid passport, and a visa depending on destination. Domestic travel needs a government-issued ID. Carry your flight confirmation and any customs paperwork for goods. Your advisor will confirm what’s required for your specific route.
Yes, on many aircraft. Connectivity and cost vary by airframe and route. If reliable Wi-Fi is essential, flag it at quote stage and we will match the right aircraft.
Yes, on all flights. Light jets typically include premium snacks and drinks. Larger aircraft can accommodate gourmet meals. Custom menus and dietary requests can be arranged at additional cost. In Europe, catering is often included on midsize and heavy jets. In the US it is usually billed separately.
No commercial-style 100ml rule. Allowances vary by operator and destination regulations. If you are travelling with large volumes (wine, medical supplies, cosmetics), tell your advisor in advance so departure clearance is confirmed.
Some operators allow smoking, but policies vary. Where permitted, extra cleaning charges may apply. Confirm your preference with your advisor before flight so we can match an appropriate operator.
Yes. Whether you require a luxury chauffeur-driven car, executive transport, or helicopter transfer, our team can arrange bespoke ground transportation tailored to your itinerary. Contact your advisor in advance for a personalised quote and a smooth door-to-door experience.
Empty legs
It varies by route and timing, but empty legs commonly run 30% to 75% below the standard charter rate for the same aircraft. A cross-country flight near $30,000 can appear closer to $10,000. The closer your plans are to the leg’s fixed route, the better the value.
The operator is already paying to fly that leg empty. Selling it at a discount recovers part of that cost. You are buying a flight that was going to happen anyway, not setting a new market price.
Only a little. The origin, destination and departure window come from the paid booking that created the leg. If your plans are firm, on-demand charter gives you full control instead.
Because an empty leg depends on the original booking, it can move or fall away if that booking changes. We always keep a backup option ready, so a cancelled leg never becomes a cancelled trip.
No. It is the same jet, same vetted operator, same crew and same private terminal as a full-price charter. The only thing that changes is the price.
Some appear weeks out, but most surface only days, sometimes hours, before departure. That is why telling your advisor your routes in advance is the best way to catch the good ones.
Yes. An empty leg is a normal private flight in every respect except price. Standard baggage and, where the operator allows, pets in the cabin are handled exactly as on any Avianese charter.
Tell your advisor your routes and flexibility once. They watch the market for you and reach out the moment a strong match appears, often before it reaches a public list.
Large group
From around 19 on a heavy jet up to 50 or more on a VIP airliner. For larger numbers we can also arrange multiple aircraft on a coordinated schedule.
Yes. Many large-cabin aircraft can be configured with conference seating, divans and rest areas. Tell us the purpose of the trip and we set the cabin up for it.
For senior teams whose time is valuable, often the comparison is not the ticket price but the hours saved and the security of travelling together. We price it transparently so you can judge.
Yes, including instruments, equipment and oversized items. We size the hold and the aircraft to the load.
Yes. Catering for the passengers and the crew is arranged in advance and itemised on your quote.
Yes. For very large parties, or where a single cabin will not fit the group and its baggage, we coordinate multiple aircraft on a matched schedule so everyone still arrives together.
On many airliner charters we can arrange headrest covers, signage and branded touches in the cabin. Tell us the occasion and we will set out what is possible.
Full NDAs, vetted crew and private terminal handling are standard. For sensitive movements we can add closed manifests and additional security coordination.
Yes. Catering is arranged in advance for the whole party and crew, including dietary, religious and cultural requirements, and itemised on your quote.
Cargo
For urgent and AOG shipments we work in hours, not days. The limiting factor is usually permits and aircraft position, both of which we move on immediately.
Dangerous goods are tightly regulated and some cannot fly. Tell us the nature of the cargo and we confirm what is possible and how it must be packed.
Yes. We coordinate documentation, customs clearance and specialist ground handling at both ends.
Yes, with the right freighter. We size the aircraft and the loading method to the dimensions and weight.
On a cargo charter the aircraft is dedicated to your shipment, so it flies direct, on your timetable.
We arrange cargo insurance appropriate to the declared value and nature of the goods. Tell us what you are moving and we confirm the cover in writing before departure.
Yes. You receive status updates through the chain, from pickup and loading to departure, arrival and final delivery, with a single coordinator as your point of contact.
Yes. For pharma, perishables and other sensitive freight we arrange cold-chain handling and temperature-controlled aircraft and equipment.
Many dangerous goods can fly when correctly classified, packed and documented under IATA rules. Some cannot. Tell us the exact nature of the cargo and we confirm what is possible and how it must be prepared.
Medical flights
Often within hours, depending on the case, the location and clearances. We begin sourcing the aircraft and crew the moment we understand the situation.
The medical team is matched to the case, which may include a flight physician, nurses and specialist equipment, agreed with the treating doctors.
Yes. We work directly with the treating and receiving medical teams so the handover is clean at both ends.
Yes, including permits, customs and ground ambulances in multiple countries, from the departing bed to the receiving one.
Discretion is absolute. Medical situations are sensitive and are handled accordingly at every step.
A medical flight may be covered by travel insurance, a medical assistance company, or arranged privately. Standard health insurance rarely covers it. We liaise with your insurer or assistance provider and set out costs clearly in advance.
Yes. We coordinate ground ambulances and clinical handovers at both ends, so care is continuous from the departing hospital bed to the receiving one.
In most cases, yes. Subject to the aircraft, the patient’s condition and the medical team’s assessment, a relative can usually accompany the flight.
Anywhere. For long-range repatriation we use large-cabin and ultra long-range jets. They cross continents nonstop, with care continuing throughout.
Last-minute
Often from around four hours of confirming on a domestic or short-haul route, subject to aircraft position, crew duty and airport slots. International routes need more, because of permits and customs. We tell you a realistic time the moment we have options.
No fixed legal deadline. The limits come from safety rules: mandatory crew rest and duty hours, airport slots, and overflight or customs permits. Domestic with a positioned aircraft can be a few hours; most international routes need 24 to 72 hours, and some further routes more.
Yes. An aircraft you own, or one we manage for you, can launch without competing for it on the open market, subject to crew rest and slots. We also manage, charter, buy and sell aircraft. See aircraft ownership and sales.
Sometimes, because availability is tighter. But empty legs and well-positioned aircraft can also make short notice more cost-effective. We show you the real options either way.
Yes. An advisor is reachable 24/7, by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Card, bank wire, USDT or Bitcoin. We make payment fast so it never holds up the departure.
Origin, destination, date, time and passenger count. That is enough to start sourcing.
Yes. Stranded itineraries are one of the most common reasons people call. Tell us where you are and where you need to be, and we find the fastest compliant option.
Yes. Every operator we use is independently vetted to ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO standards. We never trade safety for speed, even on a same-day request.
Avianese Vault
Deposit $50,000 or more and your account is credited with the deposit plus a 5% bonus ($100,000 deposit becomes $105,000 of flight credit). Charters draw down against this balance. Unused funds are fully refundable at any time.
No. Your Vault balance never expires.
Yes. Unused balance is fully refundable on request. The 5% bonus credit is forfeited on refund, but the principal deposit is returned in full.
Jet cards lock you into specific aircraft types, fixed hourly rates, and contract restrictions. Vault does none of that. Fly any aircraft class, in any market, with no surcharges for peak days or remote airports, and full refundability throughout.
Agency
Agency is for clients who spend more than $100,000 a year on private charter and want to replace broker uncertainty with a single advisor, a single agreement, and full transparency on every flight. By application only.
Submit the application form on the Agency page. Every application is reviewed personally and we respond within 48 hours.
Yes. If you refer an Agency-eligible client, we pay you 20% of our service fee on that client’s volume, in cash, within 14 days of their first completed flight. Full details on the Agency page.
Vanguard (AOG Protection)
Aircraft on Ground (AOG) means the aircraft has been grounded due to an unplanned mechanical or safety issue. In private aviation, AOG can disrupt tight schedules with little notice. It is a routine safety event, not a failure of planning.
Vanguard is our dedicated AOG protection plan, for 5% on top of any Avianese charter. If your scheduled aircraft becomes unserviceable before departure, we immediately arrange a like-for-like replacement at no extra cost, up to 200% of your original charter value. This isn’t insurance; it’s peace of mind for clients who can’t afford to wait.
Once AOG is confirmed, our operations team locates the nearest suitable aircraft, matching or upgrading your original. We handle all rebooking, logistics, and passenger coordination. No claims process, no waiting.
No, it’s optional and shown on every quote. You decide at the quote stage. Vault 250 includes it as standard.
Payment
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit or debit card, USDT (Tether), and Bitcoin, and are always expanding the options.
For corporate accounts and Agency clients, yes, typically 14- or 30-day terms based on volume history. For first-time bookings we require settlement in advance.
Quotes are issued in GBP, USD, EUR, or AED based on your preference. Settlement can be in any of these or in equivalent USDT/BTC.
Pet-friendly travel
In most cases, no. Some operators add a cleaning fee, typically $100 to $250, which we show on the quote in advance. Never as a surprise.
Dogs and cats routinely. Birds, and small reptiles or mammals, are usually possible with the right documents. Tell us the companion and we confirm what the operator and the route allow.
Yes, for a settled animal. For takeoff, landing and any turbulence, a harness clipped to the seatbelt or a secured carrier keeps them safe.
A whole household is fine. We have flown several dogs on a single charter. The cabin class is sized to the passengers and the animals together.
We do not recommend it, and nor do most vets, because sedation can be riskier at altitude. Early boarding to let them settle, a familiar blanket and your presence do more.
We guide it end to end and coordinate with your vet and the operator. Issuing and signing the documents stays with your vet, and final compliance rests with the owner.
For almost every international route, yes, and for some domestic ones too. Carry the certificate; borders can ask to see it.
In private charter there is no separate support-animal category. A documented pet is simply welcome, with no extra paperwork required.
Safety & Compliance
Every operator in the Avianese network is independently audited to ARGUS (Gold, Gold Plus, or Platinum), Wyvern (Wingman or Certified), or IS-BAO (Stage 1, 2, or 3). We re-verify certifications on every booking and check aircraft and crew suitability for each specific flight. Full detail on the Safety & Compliance page.
Yes. We comply with applicable AML/KYC requirements in every market we operate, including ID verification and source-of-funds checks where required for the payment method or jurisdiction.
Yes. Manifests are sealed by default and only shared with operators, crew, ground handlers, and customs as required for the flight. Crew and FBO partners sign NDAs as a matter of standard practice.
Sustainability
A private flight has a higher footprint per passenger than a commercial cabin, and we are honest about that. Carbon dioxide is only about a third of the impact. Contrails, nitrogen oxides and soot at altitude make up the rest, and can matter as much as the carbon. Any serious plan accounts for all of it, not just the carbon figure.
Yes, on request. Through a book-and-claim arrangement we attribute SAF to your flying, the same mechanism used across the industry. SAF can cut lifecycle emissions by up to 80% against conventional jet fuel. Ask your advisor and we build it into the quote.
Yes, when you want it. We arrange verified offsetting, and can go up to 300% so that non-CO2 effects such as contrails are covered, not only the carbon line. We will never call a flight carbon neutral simply because a certificate was bought.
No. Leaded fuel (avgas) is used by small piston light aircraft, which are today the largest single source of lead emissions in the United States. The jets we charter are turbine aircraft and run on kerosene, which carries no lead additive.
Yes. An empty leg is an aircraft that is already repositioning with no one on board. Taking that flight recovers a journey that would otherwise fly empty, rather than adding a new one.
