Charter · Cargo

When it has to arrive now.

A dedicated aircraft for freight that cannot wait: aircraft-on-ground parts, high-value goods, sensitive equipment and urgent shipments, moved on your schedule.

What we move

Time-critical, handled with care.

Scheduled freight runs on the airline’s timetable, not yours. A cargo charter flies when you need it, direct, with the whole hold dedicated to your shipment.

Urgent and AOG

A grounded aircraft waiting on a part costs more by the hour than the flight to deliver it (see Vanguard for passenger AOG cover). We move critical spares fast.

Oversized and unusual

Machinery, equipment and loads that will not fit a passenger hold. We match the freighter to the cargo.

High-value and sensitive

Secure, temperature-aware handling for goods that need discretion and care from pickup to delivery.

How we handle it

From pickup to delivery.

Tell us what, where and by when. We source the aircraft and manage the chain end to end.

01

Tell us the shipment

Dimensions, weight, nature of the goods, origin and deadline.

02

Aircraft and routing

We source a suitable freighter and the fastest compliant routing, with permits handled.

03

Customs and handling

Documentation, customs and specialist handling arranged on both ends.

04

Delivered

Door to door where you need it, tracked the whole way.

Sectors we serve

When the supply chain cannot wait.

A dedicated freighter exists for the shipments where a missed deadline costs far more than the flight. These are the industries that call most.

Aerospace and AOG

Engines, avionics and critical spares to return a grounded aircraft to service, where every hour has a price.

Automotive and manufacturing

Production-line parts and tooling flown in to keep a plant from stopping.

Energy and heavy industry

Drilling, turbine and field equipment to remote sites on tight project windows.

Humanitarian and relief

Aid, shelter and equipment into disaster zones, often where scheduled freight cannot reach.

Pharma and perishables

Temperature-controlled medicines, vaccines and time-sensitive goods, handled cold-chain end to end.

Events and exhibitions

Stage, broadcast and exhibition freight delivered to a fixed show date, then recovered after.

Aircraft we charter

The right freighter for the load.

Cargo charter is not one aircraft. We source the size and loading method the shipment demands, from a small turboprop to an outsize heavy-lifter.

Light freighters and turboprops

Small, urgent AOG and courier loads to airfields that larger freighters cannot use.

Narrowbody freighters

Boeing 737 and A320 freighters for pallet loads on regional and medium-haul runs.

Widebody freighters

747 and 777 freighters with main-deck capacity and nose or side loading for long-haul volume.

Outsize heavy lift

Antonov and Ilyushin types with ramp loading for machinery and out-of-gauge freight.

Common questions

What shippers ask.

How quickly can you move freight?

For urgent and AOG shipments we work in hours, not days. The limiting factor is usually permits and aircraft position, both of which we move on immediately.

What can you not carry?

Dangerous goods are tightly regulated and some cannot fly. Tell us the nature of the cargo and we confirm what is possible and how it must be packed.

Do you handle customs?

Yes. We coordinate documentation, customs clearance and specialist ground handling at both ends.

Can you move oversized machinery?

Yes, with the right freighter. We size the aircraft and the loading method to the dimensions and weight.

Is the whole aircraft mine?

On a cargo charter the aircraft is dedicated to your shipment, so it flies direct, on your timetable.

How is my shipment insured?

We arrange cargo insurance appropriate to the declared value and nature of the goods. Tell us what you are moving and we confirm the cover in writing before departure.

Can I track the shipment in transit?

Yes. You receive status updates through the chain, from pickup and loading to departure, arrival and final delivery, with a single coordinator as your point of contact.

Can you keep goods temperature controlled?

Yes. For pharma, perishables and other sensitive freight we arrange cold-chain handling and temperature-controlled aircraft and equipment.

What about dangerous or restricted goods?

Many dangerous goods can fly when correctly classified, packed and documented under IATA rules. Some cannot. Tell us the exact nature of the cargo and we confirm what is possible and how it must be prepared.
